We recall a particular case when a client was unable to show up at the office due to an injury suffered as a result of a car accident. Tylisa traveled over an hour away from the office to visit the client and personally saw to it that the client was able to manage her activities of daily living. She delivered coffee, donuts, and smiles that day. The client was pleasantly surprised.
Tylisa is dedicated and loyal which are not the easiest qualities to find in staff today. She is invariably willing to go above and beyond the call of duty all in an effort to make the firm successful. She has genuine care and love for Phillips and McCrea, and we absolutely love the integrity with which she works.
