Limited Driving Privilege
- In North Carolina, if you’re convicted of DWI, DWLR, or certain other traffic offenses, the DMV will revoke your driver license. For the majority of people, this can have grave consequences on their education and/or livelihood.
- If you have lost your license to drive as a result of a conviction, talk to a criminal or traffic attorney to determine if you’re eligible for limited driving privileges which will allow you to drive drive to and from work and school during the period of your revocation.
- Contact Phillips and McCrea to speak to an attorney knowledgeable in how to get you back on the road before the DMV restores your license.
